Return Process

  Log into your account portal or visit our 'Contact Us' page to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days of delivery.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original velvet box and include all authentication certificates. Ensure the item is securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
